Common questions about price

The questions that come first.

A record is one accounting operation: an invoice received, an invoice issued, a bank statement line, a cash document, a payroll entry. Example: 5 invoices received + 12 bank lines + 3 payouts = 20 records.
A VAT payer has extra work: a monthly VAT report, a control report, an EC Sales List, and OSS for sales within the EU. We also watch threshold values and cross-border supplies.
It is not in the monthly price. We invoice it separately after filing (DPFO-B and DPPO usually April–June). In the calculator we show an amortised monthly amount only for comparison.
Routine requests (correcting a value, supplying a document) — yes. An on-site tax audit or longer correspondence is billed hourly (€100/h) with prior approval — typically 5–15 hours.
Yes. We bill retrospectively by the actual number of records, month by month. If you planned for 60 records but actually reported 18, you pay only the base.
