How fast do you reply?
Ordinary questions within 2 business days. Urgent ones (deadlines, Financial Administration requests) within 2 hours during business hours.

Can I drop by unannounced?
Building access is controlled, so it's best to arrange a visit in advance — a short call or message is enough. If you drop by unannounced, we may simply not be in.

Do you charge for the first call / meeting?
No. The first introduction (up to 30 minutes) is free, whether online or in person. A consultation with in-depth analysis (1+ hour) is billed at 100 €/hour — always agreed in advance.

Do you accept clients outside Bratislava?
Yes. Communication is 95% online, once a year in person if needed. Location is no barrier.

What languages do you work in?
SK · RU · EN · UA. All four languages are fully supported — write or call in whichever you prefer.
